Refund policy

At Gulzar Sweets, we take great care to ensure the quality and freshness of every product we deliver. As our products are perishable food items, we do not accept returns once an order has been delivered.

No Returns Policy

Due to the nature of sweets and food products:

  • ❌ We do not accept returns or exchanges

  • ❌ We do not accept cancellations after dispatch

This policy is in place to maintain the highest standards of hygiene and food safety for all our customers.

Refunds for Damaged or Stale Products

Refunds may be considered only in the following cases:

  • The product is damaged during delivery

  • The product is stale or spoiled on arrival

  • An incorrect item has been delivered

Mandatory Condition

To be eligible for a refund:

  • A clear, unedited video must be recorded while opening the package

  • The video should clearly show:

    • The sealed package

    • The unboxing process

    • The issue with the product

Claims without an opening video will not be eligible for a refund.


How to Raise a Refund Request

  • Order number

  • Opening video

  • Clear description of the issue

Our team will review the request and respond within 2–3 business days.


Refund Approval & Processing

  • If approved, the refund will be processed to the original payment method

  • Refunds are typically completed within 7–10 business days

  • Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable


Non-Refundable Items

Refunds will not be issued for:

  • Change of mind

  • Taste preference

  • Improper storage after delivery

  • Delay in reporting beyond 24 hours

  • Missing or insufficient proof (no opening video)
